Are our soaps suitable for sensitive skin?  

Our handmade soaps are meticulously crafted using natural oils to cleans and wash your skin. We recommend reading the ingredients list before making a purchase. 


How long will my soap last? 
How long your soap lasts depends on how it's stored and its frequency of use. For optimal longevity, we suggest using a soap dish with good drainage, keeping the soap away from running water, and ensuring it dries thoroughly between uses. 


Do you have CPSRs?  
Yes, we possess Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) for every product in our inventory, adhering strictly to the guidelines outlined by the UK. 


How long does it take to receive my order?  
Once your order is placed, we typically process and ship it within three business days. For customers in the UK, we use Royal Mail tracked 48 for shipping. 

 
Is there an expiration date for the soaps?  
We suggest using them within six months from the initial use. Over time, scents and colours may gradually fade, with some fragrances beginning to diminish after three months. 

 
Do you ship internationally?  
Presently, we ship to the UK, and hope to expand in the future.  

 
Do you offer wholesale purchases?

What's your return policy? 
We don't facilitate returns or exchanges; all sales are considered final. However, if there's an issue with your order, kindly email us at sentioapothecary@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you. 

 
I've mistakenly sent my order to the wrong address. Can you send a replacement?
It's essential to notify us of any address changes. If you realise the address entered is incorrect after purchase, please email us immediately. We'll try to update the shipping label if possible. 

 
Will I receive tracking information for my order? 
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once the order is dispatched. Additionally, you can access this information by creating an account and checking your order history on our website.
